Snippe Aviation OÜ is led by Marco Snippe, an experienced aviation consultant who has completed lease transitions on commercial aircraft across the globe. With nearly two decades in the industry (in aviation since 2007) and a BEng in Aeronautics, Marco has built a reputation among aircraft lessors as a reliable, technically thorough partner for the moments when an asset changes hands.
Career began in an aircraft engineering airworthiness department and progressed through a postholder maintenance role at a commercial operator before moving into consulting on lease transitions — operator-side experience that informs every lessor engagement today. The work is hands-on: reviewing end-of-lease work packs, inspecting aircraft on the line, organising and digitising technical records, and representing the lessor's interest from induction through delivery. When a project needs additional capacity, Snippe Aviation draws on a trusted network of long-time collaborators.
